Summit Program
Plan Your Participation
Get ready for a weekend of connection, inspiration, and impact at the Rotary Multi-District Impact Summit in Horsham, Victoria. The program kicks off with a relaxed welcome cocktail function on Friday evening—perfect for mingling and setting the tone.
Saturday will start bright and early with a Rotary Foundation Breakfast, offering a fresh twist on the usual conference format.
From there, we dive into a dynamic lineup of inspirational speakers who’ll challenge, uplift, and energize us.
Saturday evening brings the Gala Dinner—a chance to celebrate in style—followed by more thought-provoking sessions on Sunday morning.
We’ll wrap up by mid-afternoon Sunday, leaving you full of ideas, stories, and renewed purpose.
Registrations
Before you register, please read the below important information.
Registration for the summit is only available online and must be done on an individual basis (not available as a 'group' booking).
An email confirmation is sent to all registrations. Please ensure you retain this for your records as you may require it should any changes need to be made.
Registration costs

2 Day Summit Attendance - Rotarians $200pp, Rotaractors & Youth Exchange Participants $150pp

Friday night cocktail function: $60pp (not included in summit program above)

Tickets are limited. Early booking is encouraged.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds, less administrative costs, will be made available up until 30 days prior to the event. No refunds available within 30 days (except for extenuating circumstances per committee decision).
